Any transmission, distribution, reproduction or storage, in whole or in part, of the contents stored on this website is expressly prohibited except prior and express consent of the holder. If the user finds that the illustrations or products of NAKART ILUSTRACIONES are being sold in physical stores or on third-party online platforms, please contact us through our "Contact Form" at the page footer or through info@nakart.es.

5.2. For what purpose do we treat the Customer's personal data and under what legitimacy?:

Provide the requested service that is e-commerce, be able to register as a Customer and manage the contractual relationship with the Customer.
Make the billing of our service. The legitimizing basis of the present purpose is the contractual relationship between the Customer and our platform.

The personal data that we will use are the identifying data that the Customer provides us directly, either through the registration form that he will find on our Site or through other means such as, for example, inquiries or complaints raised to the Customer support.

In particular, the personal data that is processed includes the following categories: 

Identification data: gender, name and surname, date of birth, address, email address, telephone number, number and information of the DNI/NIE or other recognized personal identification document.

Our platform transfers the Customer´s personal data to the transport company previously selected by the Customer for the sole purpose of delivering the order. 

5.5. How long do we keep the Customer's personal data?:

The personal data provided, in general, will be kept while the contractual relationship with the Customer is maintained.

5.6. Customer´s rights with respect to their personal data:

The customer may, at any time, exercise the rights of access, rectification, forgetting or deletion, opposition or limitation, and portability by communicating it by e-mail to info@nakart.es.

5.7. Security measures:
